I am a Senior UX Researcher with a Ph.D. in Industrial Design and over 10 years of experience leading research that drives product strategy and enhances user experience. My expertise spans across various research methodologies, including usability testing, ethnographic studies, surveys, and in-depth interviews. I am dedicated to creating comprehensive frameworks and research programs that promote a user-centered culture and continuous improvement across organizations.

In my current role at TQI Solutions, I lead generative UX research for multiple product teams, a responsibility that has allowed me to conduct over 100 research sessions. Through this work, I contributed to a 30% increase in user retention for key partner portals. I’ve also developed user research templates, UX frameworks, and collaborative workshops that empower product teams to independently conduct their own user research. This approach not only streamlines our development cycle but also embeds user insights directly into the design process.

One of the notable projects in my portfolio is EstateEase, a mobile application aimed at simplifying estate services for residents. Through user journey mapping, usability testing, and persona development, I crafted a solution that allows residents to manage payments, visitor entries, and administrative requests all within one app. The research revealed a strong user preference for a centralized, easy-to-use platform, and my findings guided the design toward improved efficiency, security, and satisfaction. 

Another impactful project I led was CarFix, an app designed to optimize the experience of booking mechanic services. CarFix required an in-depth understanding of user frustrations with unreliable service availability and opaque pricing. I developed a tailored research plan, including persona creation and competitive analysis, which informed an app that features real-time availability, a streamlined booking flow, and a transparent pricing system. This project highlighted my ability to translate user needs into actionable insights that significantly enhanced the product’s value for busy car owners.

Throughout my career, my goal has been to not only improve individual product experiences but also to build scalable research programs and frameworks that elevate organizational understanding of user needs. By fostering a collaborative environment with designers, developers, and product managers, I strive to ensure that every product decision is grounded in user insights, ultimately creating meaningful, intuitive, and engaging experiences.”
